Yes there are certain drivers that you can buy with a preset draw such as ping drivers or callaway or the new ones such as the Taylormade R11 you can open and close the face as you please.

I THINK CALLAWAY RAZR HAWK DRIVER CAN FOR HELP.THIS IS DRAW DRIVER
There is only one club that i believe will get you to hit a draw ‘properly’. most drivers use weighting and closed faces to force a draw, but the callaway diablo driver and 3 wood have an odd shape that shows a swing path for a draw. Not the diablo edge, or diablo octace, but the original. If you look at the average driver, the head is symetrical so naturally golfers take the club straight back, which leads to fades or sometimes straight shots. the diablo is shaped to encourace an arced swing which will help with draws. if you hit a draw with this, you will likely start hitting draws with your longer woods and irons too. here is a pic of the driver. good luck

Long story short, yes equipment does exist to help you hit a draw. There are a couple of different ways to do this, with the most common one being closing the face. This can be achieved by either selecting a club head that has a face that is permanently closed by a degree or two or by purchasing one of the newer club heads where you can adjust the amount the club face is open or closed. Another way to close the face of the club is to add some weight on the heel of the club head, I do not recommend this strategy it is very temporary and the constant changing of the clubs characteristics will not allow you to figure out your swing. There are also some club heads that claim to promote the correct swing path for a draw. If you are looking for a driver to accomplish this I would recommend looking into custom clubs. This will make sure that the strategy that is right for you is used in your club. My final piece of advice is that the saying “Its not the arrow, its the indian” rings true here, you can hit a draw with your current equipment if you have the proper alignment and swing path.
Rather than relying on technology to draw the ball you should learn how to do it yourself. If you rely on a tweaked up over priced driver to do it for you, what will you do when you want to hit it straight or hit a cut.
Learning to draw the ball isn’t difficult. Just take a couple of lessons from a good teaching pro. It will be cheaper than some of these cheesy drivers. Your other option is to go online, get some golf tips and go to the range and practice hitting draws. Once you learn how to do it properly you can do it with most clubs including your short irons.
Change your grip, not your clubs. To hit straight, I use a neutral grip, to hit a fade, I weaken the grip and to draw it, I strengthen my grip. Everything else, club, swing, etc, stay exactly the same. To strengthen the grip if you are righthanded, turn both hands slightly to the right on the grip, to weaken it, turn both hands to the left. Practice it on the range and you can eventually figure out how much to change the grip to hit a little draw, huge draw, etc.
Anything callaway, or buy an adjustable club, and set it to draw
