its in his head. he used to be a very good golfer prior to this hitch. I
sympathize. i used to go into the shanks and couldnt get out of them. I
read some really interesting stuff about how are brain gets stuck in a
pattern, and we have to change the pattern to get around the mental block.
I believe this is true. but I didnt do that. I just practiced to break my
hitch. when i shanked, i accepted it as going back into my old pattern of
thinking. through the acceptance, I worked through it.

Maybe the reason his swing is so terrible is that he had a stroke… You
don’t just wake up one morning and suck at something you are very good at.
