2013 Disc Golf Hall of Fame Classic: MPO Final 18 (Feldberg, Gurthie, Locastro, Wysocki)
For the first time since 2007, the PDGA National Tour made a stop at the International Disc Golf Center in Appling, Georgia. The battle for the men’s open crown boiled down to a lead card…

Locastro calls Gurthie on foot fault! What about the Locastro foot fault at
20.42!
his foot wasn’t past his disc was it? Then after 18 Gurthie pulled Wysocki
over so he wouldn’t shake his hand… wow
That roller nikko laid down was insane. Film can’t capture how absurd of a
shot that is to go for.
If you guys ever get a chance to play the IDGC this course is off the
chain! One of the best of all time IMHO
Hey, just wondering, are those trees on the course left there just to make
it tougher or more scenic or what? like on hole 3 they could cut down a
couple trees and make a designated path.
Nikko is awesome and it’s a pure joy to have someone stand out of the
“norm” of player behavior. If we all were like Ricky, it would be pretty
boring. I love seeing emotions in players and people in general, espacially
in sports. So stop your crying please, not everyone is as boring as you.
Poor “Fedlbeard” looks strung out and in need of sleep. Seems like the past
two years he has just been playing stressed out. I hope to see him return
to form, because he is one of my favs.
Looks like a pretty challenging course, I don’t think I’d have the control
to navigate those trees.
David’s beard is intense
Locastro is such an turd.
Love this video – great job guys really captured the essence of playing.
This video is my favorite disc golf footage on youtube
Gurthie should have slapped him. Wysocki is so fluid.
ricky is my hero and the future of disc golf.
Some great shots in this video! It’s amazing some of the shots they make
from a standstill, backwards, using snap only. Goes to show you how much
the hit and snap matters more than the run up.
Nikko needs a coach to teach him how to BE a professional. I met him and
Ricky Wysocki for a practice round at Tyler(Eric Yetter) and I saw a little
boy brat and a true professional(Ricky). Nikko had a fit and took his nut
bag and beat it into the ground repeatedly in a complete fit of rage. I
think his sponsors should know of his actions and reprimand him. He is an
incredible player but it;s no excuse to to have that kind of an ego.
On a more positive note, Ricky Wysoki was a complete pro. Very respectful
and pleasant. I asked him for a few pointers for sidearm and he actually
took the time to watch me throw and then show me a few neat things. He’s
aces in my book.
Soooooo, Nikko? GROW THE HELL UP!
And Ricky? Thanks and keep on rockin that sidearm!

Nikko calls a foot fault what a fag

It looks like Nikko called him out on it and Garret accepted and re-shot.
Sure to AM’s a small foot fault might not mean much. But Garret’s 2nd shot
attempt was terrible compared to the first faulty throw. A foot means the
world to pro’s. Whether or not Nikko was right, Garret was still a
gentleman and a pro and re took his shot.
awesome upload thank you, glad to see even the pros make a mistake or two.
Totally fine to call a foot fault there. I don’t know what the problem is.
Rules are rules – end of discussion. You don’t HAVE to do it, like when
you’re on an open field, I don’t think you would call it, but on this one
he clearly changed the angle through the gap – on purpose or not doesn’t
matter – which obviously made the shot a little more comfortable to him.
Plus, when you’re a pro, a foot fault shouldn’t throw you off like it did
there with Garret…..
anyone else notice he didn’t shake nikkos hand and the other guy in the red
pulled him away .. seen like hard feeling for getting called with the foot
fault
It’s all in the wrist. I knew a guy that broke his back and still played
while in a back brace (those white ones that appear very uncomfortable). He
would stand at the tee and hardly move. Man he could zip disc wayyyy down
the fairway.
There *is* such a place, Dave…and they call it PayPal. I’m user

your question, sir. 😉
