Narrow your stance. Throw a few balls overhand and you will do it perfectly. Everyone has already done this before.

Great instruction; coiling and uncoiling . Instead of trying to hit the ball, try to swing the club. Is that correct ?

Paul, I like how you explain that it is a easy swing, however, your body is working through it. THere is a lot energy stored in the body and not the arms. It is effortless with the arms..This is really hard. That is how lag is created too with really loose wrists. thank you for the tip

  • weibo Hu:

    great!

  • BeeRock200:

Excellent tip Paul. I think of coiling and uncoiling like throwing a frisbee. That helped me the most to improve my overall swing. To gain more power you need to coil, then whip the hips harder for more distance. The only thing I needed to work on was timing..ensuring that swooshing sound of the club in the swing occured AFTER impact. Hope that helps others who may not quite get the swing.

I just want to say thanks for doing these instructional videos. I am a beginner, only been playing for a month now, but I caught the bug bad. Now I go every week and the vast improvement in my swing thanks to you has me competing with my friends now instead of slowing down the game. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my improvement and I thank you.
